my feet hurt damnit

i made tacos on sunday evening. david came over for dinner, and he, nate, and i ate and watched some t.v.

later that evening i made peanut butter rice krispie bars with chocolate/butterscotch topping. been in a cooking mood or something lately.

i did nothing last night. nothing at all. and nothing most of the morning. i went to court and picked up some forms this afternoon. the summer law clerks leave tomorrow and then all hell will break loose. they have not hired replacements yet, and i don't know how to do anything yet. i just found out today what a deposition and what "discovery" is. blah.
